This policy explains what data is collected, why it is used, who can see it, how passwords are handled, and how account deletion requests are processed. The application is designed to collect only what is needed for sign-in, public feedback, document workflows, and optional activity records.

Feedback posts are public. Names, dates, and comments shown on the feedback page can be read by anyone.
The app does not ask for national ID numbers, phone numbers, payment cards, or financial account details.
Passwords are not stored as plain text. They are hashed before storage and verified through the authentication system.
Public feedback displays the comment, display name, profile image if available, post date, and word count. The feedback card is not intended to show the author's email address.
The resignation-benefit calculator is not intended to store the values typed into it. Its inputs are used for on-screen calculation and print/report output during the current session.
Email address, display name, optional profile image, account status, sign-in provider, session records, and account timestamps.
Feedback text, author display name, optional profile image, author account reference, submission date, and word count.
Uploaded or submitted PDF metadata such as title, category, publication year, original file name, file size, file hash, upload or submission date, uploader account reference, and review status.

The app does not sell personal data or build advertising profiles. Access is limited to what is needed for public pages, authenticated features, administration, and platform operations.
Can read published documents and public feedback posts, including the feedback author's display name, post date, and comment content.
Can use protected document actions, submit feedback, submit missing documents, and view member profile information shown inside the app.
Can manage user accounts, review submitted documents, see uploader or submitter metadata, moderate records, and access information needed to operate the service.
May process data only as needed for hosting, database, object storage, authentication, email delivery, security, and application operation.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt before they are stored. Plain text passwords are not kept in the database. Password reset emails use time-limited links.
Admins can view information needed to run the app, including account records, public feedback, uploaded document metadata, and submitted document review details. Activity records are not public; technical or database access may be used only for support, security, maintenance, or deletion requests.
Kept while the account is active. When deletion is requested and approved, login records, password hashes, and active sessions are removed where technically possible.
Kept as public content until removed or moderated. If an account is deleted, feedback may be deleted or anonymized so the public page no longer identifies the user.
Kept while the feature is being used. Activity records are not public and can be deleted or anonymized on account deletion or a direct deletion request.
Kept as long as the document or submission record is needed for the library, review history, audit trail, troubleshooting, or abuse prevention.
Kept only as long as needed to keep the application reliable, investigate errors, prevent abuse, and protect accounts.
Account deletion is currently handled by the admin or developer. Use the developer contact in the footer or any official support channel provided for this application. After a valid request, the account sign-in record and active sessions are removed where technically possible. Public feedback, uploaded metadata, and activity records may be deleted or anonymized depending on whether they are still needed for moderation, review history, security, or library integrity.

This policy may be updated when the app adds new features, changes storage providers, changes authentication behavior, or changes how public feedback and uploaded documents are handled. The updated date at the top of this page will be changed when the policy is revised.
Open public feedback
